W 1845 tu\u017c obok „szpitalika” powstaje szko\u0142a dla dzieci, jednak w 1904 roku zostaje przeniesiona, a ks. kanonik\u00a0 Stanis\u0142aw Nizi\u0144ski – \u00f3wczesny proboszcz parafii przejmuje ten budynek i do\u0142\u0105cza do „szpitalika”. Na Jego pro\u015bb\u0119 opiek\u0119 na starszymi i chorymi mieszka\u0144cami Buku przejmuj\u0105 w 1917 roku Siostry Mi\u0142osierdzia Prowincji Che\u0142mi\u0144skiej. Pierwsz\u0105 z nich by\u0142a siostra Walicz, prze\u0142o\u017cona domu oraz siostry Helena Szymkowiak i Aniela Anio\u0142a. W roku 1922 plac\u00f3wk\u0119 zasili\u0142y siostry Teodozja Zi\u0119tak i Helena Jamro\u017cy. Znajdowa\u0142a si\u0119 ona pocz\u0105tkowo przy ulicy Grodziskiej 12, a jej otwarcie po odrestaurowaniu nast\u0105pi\u0142o 07.09.1936 roku. Znalaz\u0142o w niej miejsce 150 dzieci. Po 45 latach na skutek przemian politycznych 1.09.1990 roku Siostry Mi\u0142osierdzia na nowo obj\u0119\u0142y przedszkole, kt\u00f3rego patronem zostal \u015bw. Wincenty a Paulo. Do dzi\u015b praca Si\u00f3str Szarytek w Buku zwi\u0105zana jest ze s\u0142u\u017cb\u0105 najbardziej potrzebuj\u0105cym.
